Author’s Contract

Terms and Conditions Covering Featured Authors and Guest Authors1. A relatively consistent posting schedule with Featured Author posting four times a week 2. Posts that are well written or otherwise produced, original, conversational in tone, predominately entertaining and/or informative and related to our general theme. 3. Post lengths can range from roughly 300 to 500 words and should average approximately 400 words. 4. A Featured Author shall invoice Ultimate Water Massage $50 per month, monthly though PayPal upon completion of the required number of post specified here and meeting the standards. The general responsibilities and benefits for both Featured Authors and Guest Authors shall be as specified at www.we-relax.com/company-authors/write-with-us. These may change time to time at the discretion of Ultimate Water Massage Inc. The current version shall be maintained online at www.we-relax.com 5. That all materials created and posted will become the exclusive online property of Ultimate Water Massage and www.we-relax.com and the author hereby assigns all copyright interest to Ultimate Water Massage Inc., and warrants that all material provided is original work or that the author has full copyrights to such work. 6. You agree that we may make any changes or additions to the Work prepared by you, which we in our sole discretion may consider necessary, and may engage others to do any or all of the foregoing, with or without attribution to you. You further agree to waive any so-called moral rights in the Work. The author will comply all with United State copyright and other applicable laws. 7. The jurisdiction for this agreement will be deemed to be Clallam Co. State of Washington USA.(required)
