I found teachers, read books, meditated and continue to pursue knowledge. Most of my family is very supportive. I am a Reiki Master Teacher, Huna practitioner, Healing Dowser and Energy worker. I’ve been a massage therapist for five years. I am trained in Swedish massage, neuromuscular massage and CranioSacral therapy. I focus on using massage to relieve chronic pain. I believe that moderate exercise, a healthy diet, mediation, and a positive attitude are the keys to a long healthy life.
