Everyone is extremely busy these days and it seems to have a direct correlation to the rise in health issues. All dis-ease in the body has its beginnings from some type of stress whether it be anxiety, lack of sleep, not eating or exercising properly and many other problems related to our lifestyles. How we perceive and relate to factors in our lives directly manifests in the body. Our minds are all-powerful tools that we can utilize to change this negative pattern. We need to live in the Now and also to take time every day to relax even if it is just for 5 minutes. Affirmations, meditation, listening to music, exercising are just some of the tools we can use to keep ourselves healthy. Another suggestion is if you have manifested some sort of dis-ease in your body do not "OWN" it…do not say things like My or mine in relation to it… take care of it the best way you can but do not focus your entire being on it… visualize yourself healthy and tell yourself you are in perfect health… it will help you to change the appearance of the dis-ease. We are in charge and we can manifest our own changes whether it be in health, work, money etc…

Write a Comment»This is great advise, but I find I really have to be consious of it and work at it to make it happen. It DOES work, though. But it is easy to get caught up in everyday stress and be overwhelmed. you have to make and effort every day to fight it. I guess eventually it becomes easier the more you do it, like anything else.

Thank you for sharing. You are right it does become easier especially if you build it into your daily “routine” it automatically becomes part of you. Some of the greatest ideas, inventions etc have come from relaxing and letting your mind “go”!
