Today is definitely one of those days that I should have stayed home. I don’t know what is wrong with me, but for some reason I started feeling frustrated with EVERYTHING yesterday. It started when I was having dinner with my parents. I started to feel claustrophobic. Then everything after that went down hill. Noise around me got louder and louder, my body and mind started moving a million miles a minute, and I know exactly what would help. A good massage. Whether it’s from a massage therapist or from a massage tool. Anything to calm my nerves. So my plan is to go home, grab my nifty vibrating hand massage tool and maybe light some essential oils, then just sit back and relax. Maybe read a book. Anything to get my mind off of this new and anxious feeling I am experiencing. Everyone just hope that it will help. I might even take a foot massage in my foot spa. The more I even think about doing this stuff, the better I feel already! Tomorrow will be a better day. Anyways, just wanted to share before I rip my hair out… hahaha j/k. Later!

Stephanie, Thanks for your interest in our site, I definitely understand wanting to eliminate an anxiety soaked job. Unfortunately, that is not alway possible. When you can’t get out the best thing to do is to slow things down and really let everything soak in. Sit back, relax, and ponder on ways to really make a difference in your life, you can reduce the impact of the the anxiety, if not the cause of it! To relieve some of the anxiety, you might want to take on some relaxation tips, such as Acupressure. I hope that this link helps! Good luck. Remember to Defend and Win against your anxiety!
