Why spend your life worrying about things that are unlikely to happen. As for the arthritis, sure most older people get it to some degree. But thats why we have technology, You can spend $100 or so on software that will let you turn your speech into text. I could even be used to fill in this comment. Ignorance is sometimes preferable.
