Depression is not about the glass being half full or half empty. Depression is a drop of dye added to that glass of water. Everything is clouded by the dye.  All ones life is clouded by depression. 

Many friends have expressed surprise in fidning out that I suffer from depression. You are always so happy, so optimistic. And I am a very optimistic and positive person. My glass is usually half full. Depression is an uncontrolqable feeling that comes over me and makes it hard to be who I truely am.

Stress makes the fight to be "normal" that much harder. Stress is another drop of dye in that mythical glass of water.</description>
