Common advice for the Uncommon
Ok so this is a bit of tongue in cheek self improvement advice, but on every beach of sand, one grain is a grain of truth
- Teamwork is essential - it allows you to blame someone else.
- Borrow money from pessimists — they don’t expect it back.
- There are no short cuts to any place worth going
- The early bird may get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese.
- Remember to always be yourself. Unless you suck.
- Hard work pays off in the future, laziness pays off now.
- Eagles may soar, but weasels don’t get sucked into jet engines.
- If at first you don’t succeed, destroy all evidence that you tried.
- Laugh at your problems; everybody else does
- The sooner you fall behind, the more time you’ll have to catch up.
I wish these improvement tips were orginals but they are not.
