Yoga to Relax - simple and easy

Introduction to Yoga for everyone - Mind and Body Relaxation

This is a nice, simple no stress approach to using yoga to relax.  5  minutes or  25 minutes it is up to  you. 

Even my 50 year old abused body could almost do this. If the forward bend is too much try just reaching your ankles and don’t worry about grabing the bottom of your feet. Stretch until you feel it , Not until it hurts. Take it easy, take it slow and ….
