		<description>I scream when I am at home alone or somewhere that no one can hear or see me.   After I have had a good SCREAMING session.....it almost feels like I have taken a couple of valium.  Although I usually am a little hoarse the next day or so.</description>

I was coloring a ball of twine and I felt so tense I started screaming like a raging scream. Scared me.  I acually do feel better like you said you did</description>
